Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Please note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in the same condition as when you received it
- be unworn and unused
- have all tags attached
- be returned in the original packaging if possible
- be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice)
Requesting a Return / Withdrawal

Please include:
- your order number
- the name used to place the order
- the item(s) you wish to return
- a brief reason if available (optional)
Important: Returns will only be accepted if the return has been requested with us beforehand.

Damages, Wrong Items or Production Errors (Print-on-Demand)
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item:
- arrives damaged,
- has a print/production error, or
- is the wrong item,
please contact us within 14 days of receipt at 📩 clubsculpt@outlook.com and include photos if possible. In such cases we will offer a free replacement (reprint) or a refund depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are excluded, to the extent permitted by law, in particular for:
- personalised products (e.g. custom name, made-to-order items)
- gift vouchers
Exchanges
A direct exchange is not always possible. The quickest way is to return the item within the withdrawal period and place a new order afterwards.
Return Shipping Costs The costs for returning the item(s) are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
